We are committed to knowing exactly what goes into every garment we sell — which is why we went direct to consumer and walked away from dropship.

Is Ferro FORME a direct-to-consumer brand? Yes. Ferro FORME is fully direct to consumer. We don't sell through wholesalers, third-party retailers, or marketplaces. When you buy from Ferro FORME, you're buying directly from us — which means we control the quality, the packaging, and your entire experience from order to delivery. There is no middleman between us and you.

What fabric does Ferro FORME use? Ferro FORME uses high-performance, premium activewear fabrics selected for compression, opacity, breathability, and feel. Our fabrics are chosen specifically to perform during movement and look elevated outside the gym — the balance the FF woman requires.

How does Ferro FORME fit? Ferro FORME is designed for a second-skin fit — compressive without being restrictive, supportive without being stiff. Our leggings feature a high waistband with the Ferro FORME logo detail. We recommend sizing up if you are between sizes and prefer a slightly less compressive fit.

Do not use fabric softener — it breaks down performance fabric over time. Hang or lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Following these care instructions will extend the life of your pieces significantly.

What sizes does Ferro FORME carry? Ferro FORME currently carries sizes XS through XL. We are committed to expanding our size range as we grow.

How do I find my size? We recommend measuring your waist and hips and comparing to our size guide on each product page. Ferro FORME runs true to size for most fits. If you are between sizes and prioritize compression, size down. If you prefer more comfort and ease of movement, size up.

Do Ferro FORME leggings run true to size? Yes — Ferro FORME leggings are designed to run true to size with a compressive, second-skin fit. The high waistband is structured to sit firmly at the natural waist without rolling or shifting during movement.

ORDERING AND SHIPPING

How long does shipping take? Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

How will I know when my order ships? You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. You can track your order directly through the link in that email.

Can I change or cancel my order? Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be modified. Please contact us immediately at hello@ferroforme.com if you need to make a change.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is Ferro FORME's return policy? Ferro FORME accepts returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition — no signs of wear, washing, or alteration. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

How do I start a return? Email hello@ferroforme.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within one business day with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

Can I exchange my item for a different size or color? Yes. Ferro FORME offers exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@ferroforme.com with your order number and the size or color you'd like to exchange for. Exchanges are processed as soon as we receive your returned item.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective? If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email hello@ferroforme.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you, including return shipping.
